These Terms of Use apply to your use of https://www.bestfitassistants.com (the "Website"), operated by BEST FIT ASSISTANTS LTD ("Best Fit Assistants", "we", "us"). By using the Website you agree to these terms. Our services are provided under a separate client agreement, which takes priority over these terms for any engagement.

1. Information on this Website

We aim to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but the content is for general information only. Service descriptions and prices are a guide and do not form an offer. Your plan, rates and scope of work are confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Where a tax applies, it is shown on your invoice. You are responsible for any charges your own bank or payment provider makes, such as international transfer or currency conversion fees.

2. Payments

We bill our services by invoice. Your invoice shows the amount due, how to pay and the due date. If we offer online card payment, it is processed securely by Paystack: we never receive or store your full card details, and we do not add a surcharge for paying by card.

Payment terms, cancellations and refunds are set out in your client agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, sending spam through our forms, scraping content in bulk, or interfering with the Website's security or availability.

4. Intellectual property

The Website's content, design, logo and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish or use our branding without written permission. Some photographs are used under the Unsplash and Pexels licences; people shown in stock photographs are models and do not endorse our services.

5. Links to other websites

The Website links to third party services such as Calendly, WhatsApp, Paystack and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Website's general information. Our liability for services is governed by your client agreement.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
